Data Deletion Instructions
At Asas Search, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we collect when you use our services through Facebook or Instagram, and how you can request its deletion.
What Data We Store
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to our platform, we may store the following information:
- Your name, email address, and profile information from your Facebook or Instagram account
- Access tokens required to manage your connected social media pages and accounts
- Content and analytics data related to posts published through our platform
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to info@asassearch.com with the following details:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account
- The Facebook or Instagram account you connected to our platform
- A clear statement that you wish to have your data deleted
Deletion Timeframe
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. Once processed, all your personal data, access tokens, and associated content will be permanently removed from our systems. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Automatic Deletion
If you disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from our platform through the app settings, your access tokens are immediately revoked and deleted. Any remaining personal data will be automatically purged within 30 days of disconnection.
